These Terms and Conditions apply to all students enrolled in with Vibrant Strings. By accessing our materials or attending a session, you agree to comply with our payment, cancellation, and intellectual property policies. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued participation in the course constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Fees: All course fees must be paid in full (or according to an agreed-upon installment plan) prior to the start of the first lesson.
Payment Methods: We accept Debit Card and UPI Payments.
Student Cancellations: To avoid being charged for a missed lesson, students must provide at least 24 hours' notice.
No-Shows: Lessons missed without notice will be forfeited and are non-refundable.
Instructor Cancellations: If the instructor needs to cancel a makeup lesson will be scheduled to the following month.
Course Content: Any tabs, PDFs, or video recordings provided are for personal use only and may not be shared, sold, or redistributed.
Expectations: Learning guitar requires consistent practice. While the instructor provides the tools, the student’s progress is dependent on individual effort.
Code of Conduct: We maintain a respectful learning environment. Harassment or inappropriate behavior toward instructors or other students will result in immediate termination without a refund.
Payments for guitar lessons and course materials are non-refundable. Please ensure the schedule and course level work for you before committing.
